The Living Tribunal
The Living Tribunal is an incredibly powerful being who is tasked with maintaining balance in the multiverse. He is said to be able to destroy entire universes with a thought.

The One Above All is the supreme being in the Marvel Universe. He is said to be omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. He is the creator of all things in the Marvel Universe, including the Living Tribunal.

The Beyonder is a powerful being who comes from a dimension outside of the Marvel Universe. He is said to be equal in power to the Living Tribunal.

Eternity is a cosmic entity who represents the totality of all existence in the Marvel Universe. He is said to be able to control all aspects of reality, including time, space, and matter.

Infinity
Infinity is a cosmic entity who represents the totality of all potentiality in the Marvel Universe. She is said to be the opposite of Eternity and is able to control all aspects of reality that Eternity cannot.

These are just a few of the many powerful gods in the Marvel Universe. It is impossible to say definitively who is the most powerful, as they all have different strengths and weaknesses. However, these five beings are all capable of destroying the universe if they so choose.
