Day 1: Chest and Triceps 

We will do excercises that will target our chest and triceps like bench press, push-ups, tricep dips, and overhead extensions. Make sure to do 3-4 sets of each.

Day 2: Back & Biceps 

We will strengthen our back and biceps with exercises like deadlifts, pull-ups, rows, and bicep curls. Make sure to do 3-4 sets of each exercise for better results.

Day 3: Shoulders and Legs

Develop strong legs and shoulders with exercises like squats, lunges, shoulder press, and lateral raises. 

Day 4: Active Rest Day 

Promote recovery and active rest with light cardio activities like jogging or cycling. Avoid training any of your body part today

Day 5: Full-Body Workout 

 Engage your entire body with compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press, these exercises which will train every part of your body.

Day 6: HIIT Cardio 

Efficiently burn fat with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and make sure to combine intense exercises with brief recovery periods to avoid wear and tear of muscle.
