Protein-rich diets help people lose weight by increasing satiety, lowering calorie intake, supporting muscle mass retention, and boosting metabolism.
These are some of the high-protein foods:
Lean meats are high in protein. They are low in fat and calories but high in iron and zinc. Fish, poultry, lean cattle, and lamb are all excellent sources of lean meat.
Tofu and tempeh are high in protein which is made from soya beans. They are high in nutrients such as iron and calcium.
As a complete protein, eggs contain all nine of the necessary amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own. Choline, vitamin D, and selenium are among the other minerals found in eggs.
Nuts and seeds- It is both nutritious and tasty. Which includes protein, fiber, and good fats. Protein is essentially required for tissue development and repair.
