Maintaining your upper body while working out is necessary but it is important to look at your lower body also because strong legs help you walk, jump, balance and support your body.

It is one of the best exercises to tone legs . It also sculpts the butt and hips and by doing 7-8 times you are good to go.
Lunges are another best exercise for your thighs. Just move your both legs at the same time ,do backward, forward or sideways for strong legs.
This exercise is very fun in doing and it can be done on a step, a bench or even a chair you have to just step up with one leg and then bring the other leg to meet up.
Doing this exercise will tone your legs fast and works on your calves and abs and you need just inflated stability ball.
You can do box jumps but don't lock your knees and quads because this may hurt your knees but this high energetic workout can strengthen your legs easily.
