In the UFC Khabib won his first 12 fights. After defeating Al Iaquinta at UFC 223, he was crowned UFC Lightweight Champion in 2018.
It became easier for Khaib as his diet and workout are highly wholesome and nourishing. He consumes a lot of complex carbohydrates, protein, and good fats.

Khabib consumes a healthy, protein-rich diet while avoiding processed meals. His food choices emphasize nutritious and natural protein sources, which contribute to his general health and performance.
He consumes a lot of fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, and lean meats. Additionally, he stays away from processed foods, sugary drinks, and bad fats.
Khabib's six-day training week is devoted to a different facet of his combat. He practices wrestling, grappling, and striking techniques frequently.
To increase his strength and endurance, he also exercises weights. Although Khabib's exercises are difficult and demanding, he thinks they are crucial to his success as a fighter.
