Why did Tobirama Have Red Eyes?
Among fans, there are several theories as to why Tobirama had red eyes. Some say he is a part of Uchiha which is false because he was the biological son of Butsuma Senju. The most accurate answer for his red eyes is that Tobirama had a biological condition called Albinism.
It is a condition in which a person can have light hair, pale/light skin, and pinkish/red eyes. Tobirama doesn’t look similar to Hashirama even though they are brothers and Hashirama has black eyes and Black hair just like his father.
On the other hand, Tobirama had white and red eyes and that was because he was an Albino. Apart from Tobirama his younger brother Kawarama Senju also had the same condition. His hair was Brown and white and had albinism.

Realising that everyone couldn’t escape unharmed he selflessly offered himself as a diversion so that his team could flee to safety.
